That's not the point. Common flu doesn't spread as fast as corona does. Also the ratio of those who made it out to those who died from it is vastly more deadly than a common flu.

it is true that it(mostly) kills only super old boomers like 75+ the problem is that it still may require ventilation to keep you alive while your body fights the disease so if too many people gets infected there won't be enough ventilators for everyone and theyll have to kill some boomers to make place for everyone else.Thats why the government quarantined the country
