That's a truck bomb operation that occurred outside Ramadi (by !S thugs) somewhere within 2015, BTW. One of their 'mujahideen' was pictured dead after the final 'inghimasi' attack directed towards the remaining Iraqi army criminals sieged in the barracks. All the Humvees remaining in the base were set 'ablaze' after all the ammunition and weapons were seized by !S ravaging thugs (I think one Humvee and a Ford F-150 or Chevrolet pickup were captured afterwards).
