I was browsing talk therapy and psychedelic therapy subreddits and forums, and have seen so many stories of these therapies leaving people even more cynical or traumatized. The positive stories where "therapy really works!" and "mdma are so healing!" all seem to have one thing common: the person already has a loving and trustworthy partner or a bunch of supportive friends and family in their network, and money.

Hey guys I want to let you know that drugs really work! I was able to take paid time off from my $300k/year engineering job for two weeks! It's worth it because self care is so important and you got to put yourself first, not work. My girlfriend/wife was my trip sitter and she was so supportive and I knew I can trust her because we've been together for 10+ years and she never cheated on me and she sucks my dick all the time. I took the meds while laying in the sunlight in my backyard, where we have a lot of nice lush trees and manicured lawn, and I was thinking of how beautiful nature is. I am glad I bought into this neighborhood where the average home price is $1.5 million dollars, there's so much beautiful scenery here. Looking at nature made me think of how we should stop being so materialistic and just appreciate life as it is, because the best things in life are free, like nature. As I peaked, I started recalling memories of stressful times in my life like that time in high school when I broke up with my first girlfriend, but I realized everything was gonna be ok when my wife came over and started giving me a blowjob. I told my friends and family about trying out MDMA therapy, and they told me they will be there for me when I need them. Later my best friend called and asked how I was doing after my trip, and my mom and dad also came by to have dinner with us. I am so lucky to have such a supportive group of friends and family. I later processed my MDMA trip with my psychotherapist who doesn't take insurance, and I feel so much better after processing my past traumas.
It's true you guys, MDMA and psychedelic therapy really works!
