You dont even need to be slim. Almost all men would date a chick that is chubby or a little overweight, a lot of guys even like that specifically. I am sure you have heard the term “thick” more than a few times when men describe women they find attractive.

I think the difference between what men and women look for is important. For those Victorias Secret models, they dont have to be attractive to men. No man buy victorias secret stuff unless its for his wife/girlfriend. Those models have to look like what women want to look like because women are the ones buying it. Women dont know that well what men really want, and this is obvious when you look at those fashion models or hollywood actresses. I could walk outside right now and in 5 minutes find women that are way more attractive than any of those models or actresses.

Porn is different. Most porn is watched mostly by men, so those women have to be genuinely attractive to men. This is why most pornstars look (in my opinion) much more attractive than models or actresses. There are skinny ones, fit ones, chubby ones, tall ones, short ones, the list goes on. Men are attracted to all of these so the porn industry hires all those types of women. If you look at porn, mens standards are represented well there - lots of variety and pretty much every phenotype.
