I wore my shoe lifts out in public for the first time today while doing errands. My god, the difference it makes in your confidence is ridiculous.
I got more respect from people by walking down the sidewalk. Other guys would move out of MY way rather than me beta swerving around them.
No changes with women other than they look up to me when I say something to them.
I still got the whole “disgusted” look from them, but the women employees actually asked if I was finding everything ok rather than going down the opposite aisle I was in to avoid me.
Strange how an extra 2 inches made all the difference.
I recommend all manlets get 2 inch lifts for their shoes. It will make your daily life/errands less stressful in that you’ll get more respect.
Cons of shoe lifts:
- If you wear 2”+ lifts, people will notice once you take them off
- They may not fit comfortably in every shoe
- You might need to get used to walking when wearing them. I was walking a little funny at times (especially on hard floors)
