Really? I sometimes see a homeless guy in my area. He seems to be south east asian or similar. He has a deformed skull like megamind, a receding hairline, weird huge balls in his face. He is below 5ft" and you smell him from 10m or so. He has a fat flat nose, a recessed maxilla, jaw and chin. There is much more but no way he mogs you
