I went to bed because I awake for 30+ hours again because of my insomnia, woke up 4 hours later to my mother praying; she gave me my prepared dinner before shortly leaving to go to bed and my father is still at work in the city.

I feel lonelier and anhedonic every passing day: I used to watch and read meaningless videos, manga, news articles, porn, shows, and movies before to cope but they no longer give me any pleasure and only make me sadder knowing their purpose.

I'm struggling to breathe now because of my anxiety; I can only hope that this good night won't be a very long one.

I Sometimes get these doubt Moments , Like wtf am im Doing Here , why im Not dead yet and why i didnt meet My Biological Purpose .

Then i remember its Not My fault to be in this Situation and continue coping in Bliss.

Cities are built to cater to foids. Any city is a bad choice to stay, let alone New York. But yeah get the hell out of the north east's resident shitholistan unless you enjoy being a slave.

Go for a night-walk, eat some food. Try weed or/and alcohol. Also do cardio and strength training if you have the energy

Having something to look forward to is helpful. If there is a talk or show that I'm interested in I will save it for the end of the day and plan out the snacks that I will buy for when I view it that evening.
