I think in All About Lily Chou Chou not everything was shown what happened but implied the bully was traumatized or is that wrong? I feel like he was enviously wary of the musically gifted female character due to his trauma showing him he used to be in the organic spotlight from his brightness or.. am I wrong? And she instead of losing control like he did evolved more beautifully and her gift much refined as a bare afflicted response to her dissociation. Yuichi was talking to Hoshino online through her fan club the whole time, could that mean it was Hoshino’s subconscious of understanding and being near to the revelation of trauma evolution although the distance (reality of dissociation) kept from rigid concurrence to high-rim the founding domain of their overarching internalities; did Hoshino’s death in the end imply there’s hope for enlivening that subconscious turmoil if the taken choice or ego of action of his trauma dies or am I wrong? I have only watched it once a while back but recalled the emotional scenes and subtle rawness just now. I just let my mind drift and piece some chopped impressions together, I’ve never been good nor brave at media analysis but the film looking back spoke to my core especially right now; at the time I just didn’t bother to theorize anything, and I don’t tend to analyze media since I know I miss the abstract motifs a lot of the time but for some reason this one even if I ignored sinking into it I was contained in it far later, I simply now allowed it to sink in. Some scenes that stood out to me were when Hoshino told Yuichi to relieve himself on the ground and when told to stop he didn’t. Meaning in that pitch dark moment as it was night outside Yuichi couldn’t stop himself from being uncontrollably aroused to the darkness that traumatic enrapture produces. And the scene where the other girl who’s not Lily, her desk was empty indicating the scene where she learned to fly a kite but committed suicide because she wasn’t strong enough for her pain and Yuichi threw up next to his seat meaning that was his delayed response to the contrasting survival of Lily’s trauma who was sitting in front of him still alive. As was sitting in front of him still alive. As opposed to Yuichi glancing at Lily on the school stage when the other girl caught him doing so Yuichi didn’t show emotion when walking her to clients and back to her house. But Yuichi cried when he lead Lily to Hoshino in the shed, so the other girl was starkly dissonant by that discomfort; Yuichi didn’t notice her pain that way but she also knew she wouldn’t be able to overcome it like Lily whose outer self and shaved head doesn’t straightforwardly match trauma survival so the other girl was scared by her own shell of her self. Lily’s rebirth instantly became the other girl’s death because of this subtle tension she couldn’t bear to absorb as opposed to her outer self. Yuichi stood for the other girl’s hope and potential to overcome the burden of her trauma but was a weak basis in the end because she didn’t rely on her strength to genuinely attempt it in the first place. Could it be the boys were brashly ogling Lily because it foreshadowed they wouldn’t easily go down the other path to come above their trauma but Yuichi stealing glances ironically meant he had the potential to overcome it? Could it be Hoshino blindly likes her music in order to twistedly consume only her pain and not the beauty of her survival since he wouldn’t be able to relate to that? Could the braced molds of the dream entity seascape of the digital company of recurring voices be the baseline sublimation capsule machine where although Hoshino’s subconscious circuitry is present the pace of spliced epiphanies, clash of relative truces or core entranced protocols are rashly objectified by the lopsided lateral flow of Hoshino’s real time trauma compared to Lily’s trauma “independence”? The hyper axis is an expressive artifact to this dimensional yearning for intact sensory and meek confined internal clock specimens on the free acceleration slip charge with the tuning movements to grace it due by multi-fission potency. Could the trip the boys went on after stealing money to afford it, it was them dipping into their emotive vulnerability by swimming there semi-submerged? One of the more confusing scenes was when the man who tagged along with them died from being run over by another transporting group and they didn’t really react to his death. Could he have symbolized adults going along with their sensitive vulnerability carelessly and obliviously exploiting it to get around? They desired to have a breather with him still near them up until he unexpectedly got hit by the vehicle and died; but could it have been the obvious result? Could it mean to imply that adults shouldn’t take advantage of being in their world since they’re not and don’t belong there and can’t offer them proper demonstration of self-security? To not just take from the important moments of their sensitive development and fragile emotions they can rarely handle to afford unless through illegitimate means which reflects the adult dominated system disguising itself as societally integrated legitimacy. It’s a psycho-realistic nuanced proprietary metaphor that can’t be danced around in relation to the states of troubled pure weakness and not just adult compression-integrations. They stole the money because they don’t trust adults anyway and so a wandering adult would not hesitate to try and displace their issues with no one to stop them from not guiding any actions to stabilize a shred of being an outstanding or at least true guardian-like adult. Could it be at first when Yuichi privately glanced at Hoshino’s mother that was implying that he acknowledged the good upright influence on his brightness that glowed before? Lily didn’t strike me as particularly eye candy, the other girl’s outward looks were more conventionally attractive. Could that be that it’s her natural gift especially in transcending her trauma that’s unconventionally feminine, as seeing that she had shaved her head and continue going to reach the pinnacle of sublimated beauty? And that’s what Yuichi was focusing on and gently rooting for her to get there? When Lily was getting assaulted by those boys Hoshino wasn’t paying attention to what was happening to her because he was only interested in seeing her collapse like he did from his trauma. Hoshino already knows the cause and external source of trauma contribution interacting with vulnerable inner darkness or vulnerable light and what it looked like for him and how it ultimately affected him; and how Lily who represents pure strength to go past all that was nonetheless the same as him.

I also have a piece written about Freesia but it's a manga I just now plan on seriously getting into

Thanks for introducing the movie, I'll remember it and maybe watch it sometime.

I'm sure you will enjoy the film if you give it a chance like I finally did, sorry for the interpretational spoilers but I wanted to let it out somewhere. A bit sad since the friend who recommended it to me will never see my freestyle interpretive analysis
