When I speak to my mom theses days I see no empathy in her eyes, she feels alien to me and I feel alien to her. I remember hugging her and sleeping next to her when I was super young and a time when she showed affection to me. I haven't hugged her in over 7 years. She talks ill about my dad in front of him and she is not enthusiastic about me visiting her during the holidays. I'll probably rot alone fucking hurts to see this person and just speak to her like an acquaintance.
