De Marco killed not because he was alone, but because he had this pair of roommates he was with who he lived. They were fucking loudly just to annoy De Marco. They mocked him for his loneliness and in the meantime they had effusions in front of him, and this reconstruction can also be seen in the chat of the couple who were found after the murder.
The thing that bothers me particularly is that psychiatry / psychology tends more and more to find links with acts of terrorism and being incel, or with this narcissistic pseudo-personality of the "executioners".
It scares me because later, in a dystopian future not so distant, a narcissistic diagnosis will be enough to be put under pressure and goodbye to freedom, even if you are the most exquisite person on the planet.
You will find totally wrong correlations, longer and less truthful roads just because they are easier to accept.
It is easier to say that Elliot, Minassian, De Marco killed for some of their "disturbances" rather than analyzing the problem, such as loneliness, teasing him, bullying, humiliation. But no, it's the fault of "narcissism"
