This man was married, after being set up on a date by his mom. He then had six kids, and grandkids in his lifetime.
Sure while he was married, his wife left him and the kids for another man, but that's not too rare.
So why is this suifuel? In a nutshell, this guy RAPED AND ATE KIDS! I don't think the wife knew about it, but he also ate poop. But yeah, fate (or whatever) decided THIS MAN, THIS DEFINITION OF WHAT WE SHOULDN'T DO, deserved a full family, including seeing his grandkids.
