Serious AI should replace managers and co-workers. i should be able to receive orders from AI for what to work on. Without ever talking to humans.

Imo it will be ideal when AI can replace management. And tell me what to work on and I do my work. If I need anything, I ask the AI and it will get the help or info for me. I shouldn't have to talk to humans. Talking to someone else brain rapes me far harder than grinding coding problems or drawing diagrams. It is too fucking brutal. I hate talking so fucking much. I don't want to talk, only chat via Microsoft teams. No talking no audio. Just text.
