Its more accurate to say that people who know how to use AI are taking over jobs.

Many jobs are being replaced with jobs that require the use of AI

AI is the doom of intelligence. I despise black-box thinking.

It could be creating more jobs too

I don't think so because it will be like the typical scenario in the industrial revolution. The majority of the population was rural, and the tools created created new jobs even though farmers feared losing their jobs. Since these tools revolutionized the entire human world, I think AI would be similar.

Say a profession has 1,000,000 workers is AI going to take out 100% of the jobs anytime soon, no. But by increasing the productivity of workers, and automated some of the tasks, in 20 years the profession might need 500,000 employees.
