So most recently I made a sob story of how STALKER 2 told me to go fuck myself because the 1.7.1 patch is not into acending with the eclipse mod. And when I found evidence of that being the cause, I decided to do a creative solution. Manually delete the game after uninstalling it and then re installing it. And it solved the problem but put me back to METRO 2033 style graphics plus jumps between 20-40 FPS. But why do I post this here and not the gaming? Simple. This isnt about gaming. Its about AI and autimation.
Autimation, were the computer does the hard work. There is autimated manuall transsmissions, a type of vehicular transmission thats super rare especially in america. Suprisingly more rare then its younger cusin the DCT. Theres autimated scripts. There autimated robots. And even in standered automatic transmissions there is still autimation in that as well. AI in a way is a type of autimated cluster fuck. And somtimes AI deos not know how to do shit properly. Take for instance the AI videos I linked from instagrahm on I think the sewers. You see the off shit that makes it obvious those videos are AI. The way background people act. The noise effects. Theres even one were the engine blows off a AI video shit talking chevy but the engine alone and not the transmission. AI may have had some suses when I googled shit up. But how effective can it really be?
The thing is though AI is gonna have its limits. Like would you trust AI with a medical emergency? Lets say you have perferated diverticula. How the fuck is AI gonna not mistake that for either a infected cut or apendicitus or kidney faliure?
AI driving cars. What could go wrong? Well it could go right but its not as simple as jizzing AI in a input port. In america theres copy right on ginetic information. I shit you not if you notice how different brands of produce have slight quirks, its because the genes in those produce plants have a copyright by monopolys. Now tell me, how long you think itll take until AI coding gets copyrighted? Imagine being a script kiddie for some softwere shit you face a 3 billion dollar lawsuit because you script kiddeyd some code that was copy righted? Now imagine that being the case were the brand of self driving car has darengously shitty AI because they couldnt use a copyrighted AI. Leading them to do a home made one leading to car crashes or your femur getting fucked chad style.
Is this the future you want? You could dream of virtual girlfreinds all you want, but how long until it costs rent money for these virtual girlsfreinds? Or if it pops out adds during a incognitoe session of these virtual girl freinds.
