JFL honestly old people are nice neighbor. I used to live in such a place : no noise, no late crazy parties, no incidents in general. It's basically like having no neighbours. Now, comparing with my current situation (a shitty appartment in a city with a rather young demographic) it's noting alike : super noisy, random stuffs happening, ... Honestly, I prefer boomers.
