Oh I don't doubt it at all. But this is just another manifestation of what OP was saying - if you weren't gonna make it, you're still not gonna make it.

I just went through some major surgery to be better looking and I'm gonna try to start on the next phase of surgical repair in 6 months. My career allows me to afford this, but I'm still dead in the water otherwise. And I could afford it on a much lower income too.

Yes in your 30s+ you can buy women. But it's actually very expensive and not that appealing.

The cheapest way to buy women is sugar babies. For $1-2K /month you can get one to fuck you once or twice weekly. This adds up to 12-24K per year of after tax income. Or around 24-48k of before tax income. For me this is still ~10-25% of my annual income and I'm lucky enough to be in the top range of income.

It's a substantial hit to take on your finances.

Still cheaper than buying a trophy wife. A trophy wife will cost you 50% of your income for life. And she can't be replaced or upgraded when you get bored of her, she stops putting out, or gets fat/ugly.

None of these things can really replace the feeling of being wanted and loved for who you are, and not just what you're paying.

Being good looking is always most important because as long as you get on hairloss meds and don't get fat, you'll always be desirable, and it will be in a real way.
