again over for me/ eyes are fucked

I went to the ophthalmologist again. My eyes have gotten worse again, astigmatism and I have to go to vision school. fuck
I'm already at -8.25 diopters. it just doesn't stop. I went to my appointment really excited. I was afraid that someone who knew me would see me. I'm always so ashamed when I'm outside and walk past a lot of people. It was really torture to get to the appointment and back home. over for me

I heard about it for the first time too. they teach you how to look properly. I see double when I read. That's why I have to go there and the trainer looks at how I move my eyes.
