In the afternoon I just want to LDAR, but I can't. That's the main problem.

same thing man, afternoon is when sun is above my workplace which is an industrial shed and oh man it turns into fuckin' hell...
i walk about one and half km away to just get my lunch done at a place which is relatively cooler, get my smoke break done etc
