Serious After months of lifting my squat is 95 lbs

Focus on doing full olympic weightlifting back squats. Full range of motion. High bar position. Go all the way down. Your legs will develop and you will actually get stronger and more athletic.

Don't do those gay ass powerlifting squats (wide stance just squatting to parallel with a low bar position on your back). You'll get nowhere. You're legs won't develop. You will just look cooler with a little more weight on the bar but you will get laughed at by olympic weightlifters. Powerlifting style squats are a lot more popular with the average retard gym goer. Don't do these.

I was debating posting this because I know Ill get laughed at but I dont care tbh I deserve to ridiculed and its not like anything tops being a kissless virgin at 24

Its ironic too because Im eastern euro so youd expect the squat to be ym strongest lift but its my worst

Its truly pathetic, Ill probably have to deload again to 85 lbs because 95 is proving to be a struggle

Either way its just further proof of my subhumanity
What is your height and weight, age etc.?

I used to think that I could squat 200 pounds but I realized that my form back in the days was just so wrong ... maybe you just have very good form?

Some people are legit insanely weak. When I was a teenager I almost got crushed while benching the bar with no weights. I wish I was kidding.

The good news (and some lifefuel for @Total Imbecile ) is that I can now bench 2 plates for several reps and do dips with 2 plates like it's nothing. There's hope us subhumans, we just have to try so much harder than normal people.

yeah when I started at 16 I could only bench press the bar, now I can do a 120kg max.
But i'm 5'6 and was stick thin. op is 5'11 and like 23

Yeah I had a bmi of 16 when that happened

I've heard people say that if you spend your entire life sedentary and rotting behind a screen then you can't even use your muscles adequately. Not only are they underdeveloped but the signaling is all fucked up and your CNS is shit. Don't know how scientifically true that is but it would explain some things.

I've seen 6ft+ guys who way like 80-90kg struggling with lat pulldowns with sissy weights or benching with 5kg on each side. Something is definitely wrong, they should be doing much more even with their dyel muscle mass

I was auschwitz mode 6 months back too, never played any sports or done any sort of training, my biceps were legit as thick as my wrists, couldnt even do a bodyweight squat or a pushup without just plopping down

Also at 16 youre basically runinng a natural steroid cycle, at 23 (when I started lifting) your test is already at retirement home levels

But even taking all that into account there is no excuse for squatting only 95 lbs after more than a month of lifting, its just pure subhumanity on my part

Tbh theres nothing more unattractive than being skelly as a guy, cant even blame girls for not wanting to date me

Im 24 now and look much better but the damage is done :feelsbadman:

Also both of my sisters are super skelly like me, no training whatsoever either but they get plenty of attention (older is now engaged), I wouldve made it as a girl
