I was debating posting this because I know Ill get laughed at but I dont care tbh I deserve to ridiculed and its not like anything tops being a kissless virgin at 24

Its ironic too because Im eastern euro so youd expect the squat to be ym strongest lift but its my worst

Its truly pathetic, Ill probably have to deload again to 85 lbs because 95 is proving to be a struggle

Either way its just further proof of my subhumanity

Im a manlet so i believe this covers me but my max squat in HS was like 105 or 125. I forget which
and as an adult i got a lot weaker than my prime hs body

point is you are making good progresss op. Keep it up

I dont understand or do any of that olympic momentum cheating memery, I put the bar on the rack, load it with plates and then put it on my back and squat

Theres no coping or justifying this, Im not doing some super hard variation that makes it so my squat is this low, Im just that subhuman and bad

Even with just the bar my knees hurts, I can lift through the pain up to 95 lbs, anything above feels like someone shot my kneecaps off and I cant go up if I go down

This is why Im never gonna go to a public gym, Im too pathetic to be seen

I coulnt squat at all

0 lbs, couldnt even lower myself into the squat position, literally needed to do the assisted version where I hold onto something for a few weeks

I spent my high school and college years basically just going between my computer chair and my bed, so meh

What I cant explain is how now that I can at least squat the bar I cant progressive overload, it just doesnt work for me, Im perma deloading

What’s your workout routine for legs? Sets, reps, exercises. How often do you train legs? Are you in a caloric surplus?

Oh I see now after reading your replies. It’s more of a pain/technique thing than a strength problem. Try stretching exercises for your back and Achilles. I struggle with balance when squatting too.

I didn't evan squat and i can lift 200+kg i squat with it only to see if i can... No big deal for me

Not true. I've only seen like 4 people at my gym in the 5 years I've been there squat 315, and for reps. Squatting 315 for 1repmax isn't really squatting it imo. Also 90% of people do pathetic quarter squats instead of atg.

That's not bad depend on how low you go. At 120lbs I use to do 12-15 one legged squat an inch from ground ,so that may be 125lb regular 2 legged.
How much do you weigh now?

Just do alot of hopping broad jump , it build your abs also.
My best at 110lbs is 9'6", 2.9 meter about.

Reminds me years ago when I tried gymcelling.. my incel friend he couldn't get the bar up on the bench press. So he had to bring in the bar from the girls section of the gym. And still struggled but was able to do it for a few reps. I was able to do the normal bar alone but it was super hard, but I made rapid progress while my friend only slightly went up over time in weights. Otoh my problem is excessive weight gain.

Anyway years later and hes still incel like me.

Damn that's sad weight op. My downfall was always having to move the resting position down 2 pegs compared to others in hs.
