After 5 years on this site i still don't know what an ethnic is

I'm confused by the word "ethnic". The way i see it an ethnic is either a nigger or a sandnigger. Which way is it?

I know what curry is and rice as well as mayocel or cumskin but i never understood the definition of ethnic. Since the word sandnigger is rarely used on this site i'm beginning to think that ethnic is both nigger and sandnigger.

What about native americans? What are they called? Ethnic too?
