advice for people waiting for surgery from someone who got surgery.

Say you have jaw surgery in 6 months time. Then you have to wait a few weeks for the swelling to go down and your nose will still be swollen for ages.

You will look better after surgery but it will take a while.

Make sure you have a nice body and skin ready for the surgery tbh

nothing worse than spending all that time waiting for the surgery and then having to spend another few months gymcelling when you could of been at a good point.

Dont LDAR when waiting for surgery.
