Serious Advice for mewing.

I was wondering if I could have any advice for mewing?

One question I have is, I have an overbite so when place my tongue at the tip (between my two front teeth), I can’t close my top teeth with my bottom teeth. How bad is that? And can I still work without it ?

Make an nnnn sound and keep your tongue in that position. Also, try to suck your tongue to the roof of your mouth. I’m not really doing mewing for the for aesthetics but more for breathing. Once I stared mewing I Stoppard snoring and breathing has gotten a lot easier.
