What's better, trying to get a job in Asia and find girls there, preferably a LTR with a girl genuinely interested in me. Downsides, I don't really like Asian girls that much, and I don't know if I would like living in an Asian country, in addition I have very bad emotional and mental problems which I might exacerbate by moving to a drastically different environment.

Or: getting a higher paying job at home, staying in my home country, where my life is very comfortable and I can have everything I want, except for girls from my home country into me. If I stay home, I might start regularing escorts (legal in my country) and I can take a trip to Asia with my vacation days. In addition, there is a 1/1000000 chance I might find a girl into me at home (but on nightmare difficulty compared to Asia)

As I said before I'm 6'7 white, rated 5/6 out of 10 here.

Anyone with experience both escortcelling and getting a job in Asia? What is more fulfilling? I know both are quite fake, because even if I go to Asia those girls would just like me for being a token white guy, but it might be a bit more 'legit' than escortcelling.

Unless you hate travelling, in which case you'd have a hard time getting used to new environment, I'd say go for it. I have no experience escortcelling, but I went to a night club once, was feeling like a loser paying for something others get for free and couldn't enjoy it at all. I don't think paying for sex would satisfy me. You should ask yourself if you need intimacy and validation or your dick sucked. 

As for Asia, girls will be easier to pick up (in most countries, not everywhere I guess). And if the new lifestyle doesn't work out for you, there's always a possibility of coming back

Btw, there's no telling if your mental state will worsen if you move. Sometimes being stuck in a rut is a contributing factor to emotional problems and a change of environment may in fact help.

Stay where you are, focus on career. More options will open up to you in future once you're established, then you can decide if you want to permanently move to Asia or not. Don't underestimate culture differences,poverty is also quite bad there.

Relocating to a new country just to get women? Sounds like a fail to me. Add in your preexisting emotional issues and I’d say: work on getting a little more emotionally stable. (Easier said than done as an incel, I know...) then consider visiting and seeing if you’d like more than just the women there.

I can tell you right now that there is no way to get a woman in Europe. They all have jobs and can get free shit from the government. Men are obsolete to them

You'll need some money to actually move anyways(if you don't have a rich family), so probably get a job at home (unless it's Eastern Europe).

After that I would go to a trip or two to your desired asian country and get the feel around, parallel researching work opportunities and housing there. Blindly changing ones environment is a dead sentence for aspies(I assume you are one).
