They don't do it to help you, they do it for 2 reasons:

1 - To make content and post it on their channel.

2 - To BULLY you: they get an ego boost by telling you how much you suck. They are trying to hide it by telling you they want to help, but in reality they are looking for an ego boost by humiliating you.
