Having cystic acne in your mid-twenties is a pain in the ass. FR, I have to sit on one ass cheek as I am editing this. On the brightside, I guess i am actively engaging my gluteus maximus. That said, It is not enough that acne makes you look even uglier, but they can be itchy. It literally hurts to be ugly. I have to cut out diary and basically all junk food, for my face to not look like a pepperoni pizza. Legit threw half my copes , mouth pleasure, to not break out like a greasy teenager
