As if my body wasnt dealing with enough health issues, evidence of pancrease issues, chronic apendicitus, over bloating organs, teeth cavitys including existing 3rd molars, plus the multiple mental issues I go through I also have ADHD. And with that I got attention issues. And those attention issues seem to have almost ruin my experience replacing light switches all over my grandmas house.
You see in a saftey first type of step I like to flip the circut breackers in the garage before fucking with anything that can electricute me since I prefer not to get shocked... Again. And after sawpping out 5 of the 18 light switches in my grandmas house I decided to "turn on the power" for those off breackers. Except my ADHD took over and instead of turning back on the power of those off breackers, instead I accidently shut off the power to the kitchen and wondered what fuck up I made to have killed off more lights then were already fucked up. Well after 5 back & forths to the breacker I found out what I did wrong, was able to unfuck things up and relise the job was almost perfect, I had to switch up some wiring in the bathroom because that place is a cluster fuck of its own so that light switch worked in there.
And how did my grandma thank me for replacing the light switches and re-working them to prevent a house fire? By trying to scare me with a water hose as I was already tired and on my way to work. Dumb bitch. She relized that I helped saved her at least 200$ in swapping those switches most likely but IDK how much a electritian charges for swapping them out.
