they are the easiest i've used pouches for years and always find quitting pouches way easier than quitting cigs

having some candy always helps me i'm out of nicotine keeps me distracted from the thought of it for a bit

i quit cigarettes and weed by starting drinking. That also took me a while to stop with. But at least im free of the cancerstick atm
