The time frame between October 15th of this month and the second week of November [next month] will be quite interesting. It would seem their phase 3 is getting ready to go into effect. What exactly that will be is anybody's best guess, but it certainly won't be good. I have a few ideas of what that might be, but truly it could be several multiple things. They're very crafty devils and it is hard to foresee what they have planned well in advance.
