Clear, perfect skin doesn't add you any PSL points, but you surely have your PSL ratings reduced, when your skin is not clean. Exactly the same with hair. Full head of hair = +0 PSL, but balding is always minus a point or two for your PSL.

my face is scarred as fuck. ive been using salicylic acid for over half a year and its improved quite a biit but im still bottom 5% in terms of skin quality
