I suffer from acne and I can tell you that even if I were good looking without pimples popping up on my face, it would still be a death sentence as acne ruins ones appearance. It is a sign of genetic inferiority and that’s why women don’t like acne. They biologically want healthy offspring and acne is a clear sign of unhealthy genetics.
