As you can see that result of accutane is just incredible. I haven't watched him since I got rid of acne but I decided to check him out and that's how he looks now.

No, that’s not possible.

It doesn't cure scars.. You would probs need some kind of surgery for scars.. 
There are also acne marks but these automatically heal or if they don't you get to "polish" your face and that costs few hundreds I think.
