I got about a dozen emails from my HR and the foid's HR on why I should not pursue a case against the foid. I redirected them all to my attorney. I had to get an attorney simply because my HR was trying to fuck with my benefits, vacation days and seemed to side with the foid before even speaking to me. They wanted me to take a class on "sensitivity of sexual assault awareness"... Yes that is what the fucking class is called. Plus, those fuckers put me on light suspension and try to count it towards my paid sick days.
So back to the case. The police were called. The decetctives took mine and her statements, looked over the surveillance cameras and checked my appointments for that week.
Now the funniest part about all of this is that the bitch was not in her assigned parking spot. See I was parked in my assigned spot but she was not. She wanted to be closer to the elevators.
The next funny thing, she had just started that week of the accusation. She does not work for the company I work for and is not even in the building's directory yet. So, I would not had known where her office was.
The detectives basically said this was a waste of their time and closed the case on their end. Even the foid detective said she could understand why I would want the police involved since I worked with minors and disable persons. I have a sheet of paper that states that the claims seemed baseless and does not have enough evidence to pursue further. (There is a lot more written there)
I requested that the foid stay away from me. She lost her parking permit at least. I wanted to get a RO but was denied. Today, is my first day off my light suspension and when I came back into the office no one wanted to talk to me. I literally sat in my office playing catch up on my missed worked and no one came by to talk to me.
But that is where we are. My attorney is dealing with HR and I am deciding if I want to move forward with suing the stupid bitch.
