In this scenario, there are no chads to compare Beavis and Butt-Head to so the foids just assume that they are what male humans are supposed to look like. In this world with no chads, personality actually matters because Beavis and Butt-Head have equal SMV, so their behavior determines which one will have Alpha Male Status.
In the beginning of the clip, Butt-Head is shown eating meat. This is significant because in the prehistoric matriarchal world, the spectacle of men killing and consuming animals is a sight that pleases foids only second to the spectacle of men killing and consuming each other. One might even make the logical guess that the original incentive for hominids to kill and consume animals was simply to satisfy the instinctive thirst for violence and bloodlust present in all foids.
At 00:03, a beetle is seen approaching Butt-Heads foot and he stomps it to death. This is an example of Butt-Head respecting wahmen by asserting his superiority over the insect and killing it mercilessly. The foids take pleasure in the sight of the creature's death because their instincts tell them to reward the killing of any inferior being by a man, including other men.
At 00:18, Butt-Head is currently the Alpha Male and reaping the rewards of his savage actions. This causes Beavis to attempt to cope with his current Beta Male Status by trying to start a fire, a discovery made by Beta Males that originally served as a Beta Male coping mechanism to distract them from the good time the Alpha Males were having. Alpha Males had no use for fire, they never got cold or needed to cook their meat. In fact, eating cooked meat instead of raw meat would have been seen as homosexual by foids in prehistoric times. The discovery of fire was also a primitive form of jestermaxxing as well because foids must have thought the hot waving bright stuff was funny and amusing.
At 00:40, Butt-Head's instincts tell him that the jestermaxxing of Beavis and his stick rubbing might potentially jeopardize his Alpha Male Status. So he provides the foids with their favorite spectacle, male on male violence. After a brutal club strike to the head of Beavis, the foids are instantly impressed by the display of aggression and dominance by Butt-Head while also laughing at the expense of the disgraced and defeated Beavis and flock to Butt-Head once more, indicating that they are pleased to see such a violent act by touching him and giving him IOI's.
At 01:00, the humiliated Beavis knows that he has no other choice but to reclaim his masculinity and breeding potential by retaliating against Butt-Head with violence as well. Notice once again the pleased expression on the faces of the foids when Beavis slams a rock into the head of Butt-Head. They proceed to engage in a long club duel that eventually leaves them equally battered, with neither one of them having a superior status over the other once the fight is finished.
At 01:30, the sight of other animals breeding reminds the two men of their objective. They return to the foids as equals, each choosing their first breeding mate before entering the cave to enjoy the rewards of their struggles. This momentary equality will not last however, because foids always demand a victor in the battle royale of sexual competition. Eventually, one of them will have to kill the other to maximize his breeding potential and assert his position as the apex predator. Even if the two men made an agreement not to kill each other, there are two males and five females. That means not only will one of them have more breeding mates than the other, but one could eventually cuck the other as well.
As you can see, the struggle for sexual dominance and reproductive superiority in a matriarchal world is a brutal bloodbath, even when their are no chads around and the only males have equal SMV.
For this reason, patriarchy was invented, and civilization was established. Patriarchy is about peaceful cooperation and non violence.
TL;DR:
Foids instinctively demand violence and cruelty for their sexual selection process.
