This. Although it is admittedly easier said than done to make such a risky decision in the heat of the moment. My experience at work today, the last three hours we spent on a talk held by some "Team building shit speaker."

Now first he wanted us to discuss shit with the ones sitting next to us.
You wont believe this bit, but its true. He first told a story about happy feelings and how it spreads if you share your similar experiences. Now he wanted us to discuss with anyone around "who our first love was?" I just shut up and luckily (well expected really) nobody came to ask me. I just sat still in silence with all the 7s and 8s of the workplace behind me giggling away.
Then came the real bad one, he asked us to walk around hugging each other and then yelling out "Hello! I havent seen you in awhile" It was suppose to replicate the situation when you see a friend you havent met in a long time.

The Chad next to me, 6'1 brown curly hair immediately stands up and goes to the new girls sitting behind us. "Hey!!" *Hugs* TEEHEE
Now If I did that I just knew it was going to come off as creepy. Fat 5'6 balding doing that is just creepy.

The one thing that kept me from feeling completely depressed was after Chad stood up I saw in the chair next to him sat this morbidly obese guy, the level when you just give everything up for cake.
