Any surgery that you can have always comes with possible issues, especially surgeries that aren't preformed much, you could end up with a way worse penis thats not functional, broken, rotted, or gone completely, you'd be a troon then

I misread. I thought you meant you would be 2-5cm after the surgery, not gain 2-5 cm.
