Girls learn to smile from a young age. They are encouraged to smile all the time. Their smile is not always sympathy. It can transmit a whole gamut of meanings. When girls band together to bully other girls, they learn to use smiles as weapons to hurt their victims. They learn to smile, to get things out of their male superiors (such as fathers, teachers, friends). A girl's smile is MAGICAL to a man. He becomes hypnotized like a rodent staring at the eyes of the serpent. However, since girls smile a lot more often than man, a smile means a lot less to a girl. They may mock-tease you with smiles, and thereby take your heart and sympathy. A woman's smile is a treacherous thing, you cannot rely on it being a genuine expression of sympathy. There are layers upon layers of deceit in a single smile. Don't be fooled.
