It was over since you stopped growing , man. How old are you now? If you're under 20, you may get taller using peptides or HGH. Many white and black guys continue to grow till 25. Unfortunately for me there was noone to advice me these things in my younger years or I would have grown taller. And since I'm Indian, our growth stops completely by 17 at max.
