Wedding ceremonies mean different things to different cultures. In some places weddings are all about the in laws. Showing their wealth in power within their community. In others it's all about the bride since its will be the last day she gets to put herself first, because traditionally after a woman gets married she is suppose to take care of her husband and kids.
