How about just don't interact with women period outside of a conversation that is work related, done and done, no need to play these foolish mind games, just don't participate, I treat every female I interact with like just another co-worker, I don't get personal, I don't ask for favors, I make it clear I'm not the type to do favors (so they don't ask), I make it clear that - "I'm just your co-worker, please have nothing to do with me" with my attitude and my actions, I'm not cruel but I'm not caring either, I'm "just there", yeah I'll make jokes every now and then (just as I do with male co-workers), but I'm always just that neutral guy that they never try to peg into a role
