Why and how exactly would a white ethnostate suppress women rights and reestablish monogamy?

My gut feeling is that such a State would actually turn against ugly and introverted men soon enough. If you're a loser in a mixed race baseball stadium, you'll probably be a loser at the yearly "white pride celebrations" too

In a white ethnocentric society the topic of incels would be taken more seriously and things such as pc culture wouldn't exist. White culture is one of understanding, tolerance, and learning something that minorities barely have a grasp on without white people there'd be no concept of individual rights of free men. Minorities know nothing of self sacrifice for the good of ones people and community they're vindictive and only know how to put others down, they're completely incentivized in seeking money thus making them completely predictable and susceptible to corruption they never stand by moral or ethical pricinpals something that only appears in white societies.
