I can’t help that my father abused me, I can’t help that I have autism, I can’t help that I was bullied all my life, I can’t help that I never developed social skills, I can’t help that I’m depressed, I can’t help that my mother never showed me love in my childhood, I can’t help that I’m suicidal, I can’t help that there is mental illness on every side of my family.

Therapy isn’t a solution. Therapy is a “it might work it might not”. So therapy isn’t an alternative.

So NO , I can’t fix my personality. Because I’m mentally ill.
