A memory I have

Idk, I just want to say it.


Like in 2018 I was on high school and I used to pass through this area which was somewhat poor. However, that day I was just leaving high school and, by some twist of fate (or my own stupidity), I fell and scraped my knee, so I went to sit on a bench nearby that faced the street. It all happened so fast, and I froze instantly because I glanced to the side (towards the corner where the prostitutes worked) and saw two men start struggling with one of the prostitutes. The others just watched, and more people started looking in that direction, so one of the men stopped struggling and went near the street where I was sitting. Taking advantage of the fact that there were a few people gathered there, he pushed someone from the sidewalk into the street, and the man got hit by a car. Then he went back to help his partner with the prostitute, and they took her away. I suppose the man being hit by a car was just a kind of smokescreen (and it worked, since no one else said anything about the prostitute they'd taken away, and they only focused on the man who had been pushed).

I use to take the public transportation to school because we were poor and I would always take the early one because the later one was so crowded and came late usually. Because I took the bus so early sometimes it was dusk and this winter day it was. A guy crossing the street got hit by a car because it was still dark and I did not even realize it till later because it happened so fast and was kind of quiet. I just thought someone had ran over a jacket on the road.
