I remembered a guy in a wheelchair who lost his legs, in a neighborhood I lived many years ago.
He was always alone, and lived in a small studio. Once his wheelchair stuck in the sidewalk, and I helped him to unstuck it.
I dont know why he lost his legs, probably in an accident, but normies dont give a damn for the disabled.

I understand what you are trying to say, however you shouldn't have any kind of medical procedure done in a "shady" country like Turkey, especially one that could get you Crippled. I know many people will recover, but a lot of people will end up crippled, mainly because of the incompetence of the "doctors" (mercenary) of that country
