I have a cheat meal every Monday for lunch. Tomorrow it will be mcdonalds with fries and a drink.

There are some people who eat whatever they want everyday. For example, there is a group of fat foids at work who eat out pretty much every meal and wonder why they are so fat and ugly, so this would not apply to them .

However, for bodybuilders and those who actually give a fuk about our health, this is a good motivator. I am actually waiting for lunch tomorrow so that I can eat my cheat meal. Makes Monday much better. If I just brought my home lunch tomorrow, I would not wait for Monday Afternoon.

Thoughts?
 
Only way to make a Monday bearable, tbh, but I would have it on Friday just I can look forward to it the entire work week. :feelsjuice:

I have cheat meals on Monday and Friday
 
I eat what I want when I want to. Still have a 6 pack, 30 inch waist and 46 inch chest. Ive never worked out either, except my right hand. And with that said I also have 18" guns. Im gonna order some mcdonalds now. Feelsgoodman

I don't want to get fat
 
Since i am physically unable to gain weight i can eat what i want and as much as i want
