18 Wheels Of Steel: American Long Haul was the shit, back on Windows XP.
Hell better than crack, completely wrecks the old Euro Truck Simulator out of water.
Just make sure you got enough cocaine to last a long trip, or some podcast to prevent you from killing yourself after much consideration.
There´s also UFOs in the game.

Never tried installing on a Windows 10, but as long as you have Directx9 ( Direct Play in Win10 ) installed, i don´t think you will have a problem.

If you meant 18 Wheeler as well then... apparently it's on DC, arcade, Gamecube and PS2.

In my experience out of those, the best emulator seems to be for Gamecube so maybe that's the best platform to play it on now.
