do you believe that sexual repression is a contributing cause of involuntary celibacy? I myself do because from personal experience. For starters, I’ve been told that expressing myself sexually towards women or acting on sexual impulses is not good and or wrong like I’m a text message or what not. As a result, I feel guilt and shame and intense feelings afterwards. Secondly, I’ve been told that things I like about or fantasize is disgusting so I feel bad about having sexual ideas. These are just a few instances of personal experiences. All in all, I feel as if I can’t even fantasize or look at a women in public because I’ll be seen as a creep .
