Both suffered some discriminations across history (altough women also had a lot of advantages that are rarely talk about, i agree on that).
But when they started getting power, they weren't contented by security/or equality, they started oppressing others, wanting to dominate and take advantage of them, being hungry from more and more advantages (The jews with the palestinians for instance, feminists in the developped world) constantly using the past as an excuse to guiltrip people into submission, knowing that those that oppressed them or dominated them (nazis/some males in the past) don't suffer any consequence, and that the current palestinians or current males who have to deal with their constant oppression/victimisation bullcrap aren't privilegied/oppressors in any way, shape or form.
