At the outset, I will say rape is wrong and should never be committed.

Jesus said, "No one can have greater love than to give his life for his friends." (Another translation is: There is no greater love than to lay down one’s life for one’s friends). What this means is that rape, which is a good deed because sex is a basic human right that women need, is that it's the ultimate form of love. After all, people say rapists deserve the death penalty. Rapists sacrificed their lives for the good of the victim. Now, it might not always result in the death penalty, but they are sacrificing several years to prison for the sake of a foid.

Now, here's why rape laws don't make sense. If the system should be an eye for an eye, which I think The Bible says, then a rapist should be raped by the opposite sex so what goes around comes around. It should be the opposite sex to mirror what he did to the rape victim - the rape was heterosexual. Yet if a rapist gets raped by a woman, how is that a punishment or a bad thing? How will that incite fear within him to not rape? It won't. Being raped by a woman is not a punishment, so how can it be wrong for a foid to be raped by a man?
