I strongly agree. Naturally mens roles are to provide and protect, whilst the women are to child bare and nurture.

These women should not be in the workforce for the most part, as they would be taking a more capable mans role. But what these women are better and more capable at to that of a man is the nurturing side and caring for children/husband. There's lots more to say but i'm sure you'd already know.
